A seventeen-member Board of Directors governs the
University Area Community Development Corporation, Inc. The board is comprised
of local business persons, community residents, pastors and public officials.
The board sets policy on all matters related to the UACDC including personnel,
financial, programmatic, strategic planning and evaluation and provides
oversight in all these areas.
